Frangista Beach Condos

Emerald Waters is aptly named since it sits diagonally across from the emerald toned gulf where it shares an exclusively gated community beach access with Frangista Beach at the corner of Scenic Gulf Drive and Holiday Road in Miramar Beach. Frangista Beach itself is a prestigious residential treasure on Scenic Gulf Drive with a wonderful mix of single-family homes featuring columned neoclassical designs, stately Mediterranean styles, and nostalgic "Old Florida" reproductions. A long row of towering palms lines the main drive that also includes manicured yards adorned with white picket fences. Although the condominiums at Emerald Waters are not technically a part of Frangista Beach, they blend seamlessly into this premium locale right beside the palm-lined drive. 

​This Mediterranean styled low-density enclave contains only 36 condominiums that provide an air of privileged residence. Open floor plans incorporate the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Granite topped bars offer additional seating for drinks and dining. The common area is lushly landscaped with palm trees, magnolias, and other tropical plants. A lagoon-shaped swimming pool, bubbling Hot Tub, charcoal grills, picnic tables, and a patio for sunning encourage enjoyable leisure time. Private balconies provide gulf views from top floors while first-floor patios are at the tropical pool level. There are two-bedroom rentals with two full baths and three-bedroom rentals with three full baths. All Master Bedrooms feature en suite baths. Properties with three bedrooms include an additional private bathroom in a Guest Bedroom.

Lovely blue colored couches each double as a sleeper sofa so eight guests may be accommodated. A large TV provides entertainment while a charming creamy white dining table with carved decorative chairs seat six. Two more may be seated beside the granite-topped bar to enjoy savory seafood and favorite drinks. Rich hardwood flooring flows throughout.  

​Emerald Waters 306 has a balcony with direct views of the sparkling pool down below. Cheerful light yellow interior walls in the living area provide a warm ambiance and are decorated with whimsical touches for beach flair. A rustic "beach chic" table beneath a vintage amber domed chandelier has four crisscross backed wooden chairs for dining while three wooden bar stools nearby sit beside an open kitchen bar. It sleeps seven.

Emerald Waters 404 is a special corner unit with great gulf views. A comfortable couch and love seat faces the emerald-hued gulf along with a flat-screen TV. A glass-topped table has four sleek decorative chairs for dining while two raised seats are nearby at the kitchen bar. The Master Bedroom has three windows that provide views of the gulf from the comfort of your own king-sized bed. It sleeps six.

Emerald Waters 201 has a cream latte-toned wraparound couch between two sets of sunny windows and faces a TV for entertainment. A beachy dining table has five white slat-backed wooden chairs while a kitchen bar has twin stools for drinks and dining. The cottage styled Master Bedroom, and one nautically attired Guest Bedroom have king-sized beds while a Bunk Room has two sets of twin beds. It sleeps eight.

Emerald Waters 301 is a regal residence richly decorated with fine furnishings and upscale décor that combine coastal elegance with charming comfort. A handsome dark leather couch, matching love seat and two straw woven accent chairs face a big entertainment cabinet. It features an extra-wide LCD TV with a Surround Sound System, an iPod Dock, and two DVD Players. A delightful dining alcove near a sunny window has a rectangular glass-topped table with six white spindle-backed chairs. Wonderful décor throughout provides tasteful tropically inspired Floridian flourish. It sleeps eight.

​This great Frangista Beach locale is within walking distance to the popular Pompano Joe's restaurant and The Whale's Tail right down the beach. Our guests receive reduced rates nearby at Seascape for championship golf and tennis. Grocery stores, liquor wine outlets, restaurants, beach bars, and a giant discount designer center known as the Silver Sands Premium Outlets are very nearby. The enchanting world of Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard are also minutes away for dining, drinking, shopping, and seasonal festivals.
