Frangista Beach ChapelThe Frangista Beach Chapel is a white chapel in that was built by the community’s founder, a Greek immigrant named John Nitsos, in honor of his father. The town itself dates back to the 1940s, and this little chapel is infused with its history. Dubbed “St. Nicholas by the Sea”, the chapel was built in 1959 as part of the original development of the community. While it is not open to the public, it is a quaint landmark that adds so much charm to the area. It does occasionally host weddings and other events for those interested!
